MacPHERSON, Fran Irene - Fran passed away peacefully at the Bridgepoint Hospice on Monday, January 8, 2018.
Lovingly remembered by her sister Shirley Madorin (Peter), her brother Stan MacPherson (Heather), her sister-in-law Connie MacPherson and her late brother David.
Dear aunt to Patti, Sean; Cathy, Greg, Alex; and Sam.
Great-aunt to Sarah; Ben, Kate; Emma, Spencer, Carter; Ben and Owen. Predeceased by her partner, Jim Powley, her parents, John and Helena MacPherson and her niece, Suzanne. Thank you to Adrian Redman for his love and support to Fran for many years. Fran was blessed with a team of excellent doctors over these last few years.
We would especially like to thank Dr. Vivek Rao (TGH), Dr. Suzanna Mak (Mt. Sinai), and Dr. Noah Ivers (WCH). We would also like to thank the Temmy Latner Palliative Home Care team and the Bridgepoint Hospice for their compassionate care.
The family will receive friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home, 1403 Bayview Avenue, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 21st.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. with a reception to follow the service in the Rosedale Room.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre or the Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care would be greatly appreciated.
