OConnor RichardO’CONNOR, Richard Collins  - Suddenly at home on Friday, January 12th, 2018. Rick passed away at the age of 68.

Born in in Oshawa, Rick moved to Alberta at the age of 13 and then he returned to Oshawa in 1983, where he worked at GM of Canada until retiring.

Rick was predeceased by his daughter Mandy, brothers Ted and Dan, sister Sylvia, father Frances O’Connor, mother Marion Irene (Collins) Jasper.

He leaves behind sons Shaun (Shona), Pat (Donna) and Frank.

He was a loving grandfather to Payton, Zack, Jordan, Kalen and Matthew.

Rick will be sadly missed by his brother John (Lynda) of Cobourg, sister Fran of Calgary, sisters-in-law Beverley of Oshawa, Kay of Alberta and his special friend Lee of Oshawa.

He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends.

As per Rick’s wishes, there will be no services.

Donations on Rick’s behalf can be made to The Children’s Wish Foundation or a CHARITY of choice.

Arrangements entrusted to OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West, (905-721-1234).
