EDDY, James Quick - WWII Veteran, RCAF, POW Peacefully, on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at the Sunnybrook Veterans Centre, Toronto, at the age of 97.
Devoted husband of the late Mary Frances (O'Donoghue), and loving father to the late Michael.
Will be greatly missed by children Mary Kay (Don Wadel), James, Tom (Kim McGuire) and Paulette (Frank Juha).
Proud grandfather to Michael and Sean (Emily) Wadel, Elizabeth Eddy-Serroul (Scott), Danielle and Madeleine Eddy, and Thomas and Sarah Juha, and great-grandfather to Adrian and Brady Serroul.
Predeceased by parents John and Loretta, and brother John.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Sunnybrook Veterans Centre for their kind support and dedication.
Funeral Mass to be held in ST. CLEMENT ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 409 Markland Drive, Etobicoke, on Saturday, January 20th at 10:30 a.m., with a reception to follow at Markland Wood Golf Club, 245 Markland Drive.
