FORSYTHE, Josephine Joan (nee GREALIS) - May 15, 1947 - January 10, 2018
Peacefully on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 in her 70th year, Joan Forsythe passed away surrounded by her loving family.
Beloved wife to Robert Brian Forsythe of 10 years of marriage.
Proud mother to Christina and Jacqueline.
Joan will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her many family members in Canada, Ireland, England and Brazil as well as her friends.
We would like to thank the staff at Toronto General Hospital who cared for her over the years and particularly those who cared for her at the end. Cremation has taken place.
A small private service will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Toronto General Hospital Multi Organ Transplant unit in honor of Josephine Joan Forsythe would be appreciated by the family.
