Passed away surrounded by her loving family on January 17th, 2018.
Predeceased by her parents, Giovanni Leone, Maria Civita Mele and dear sister Maria.
She is survived by her adoring husband Giovanni, sister Vincenza, children Rosanna (Tom) and John (Kay) and grandchildren Adrienne, Josephine, Isabella and Sophia.
The Di Vizio family would like to thank the excellent staff at the St. Michael's Hospital for their hard work and dedication.
Visitations will be held at Jerrett Funeral Chapel, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W., on Saturday, January 20th from 6-9 pm and Sunday, January 21st from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at ST. CLARE'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1118 St. Clair Ave. W. on Monday, January 22th at 10 a.m.
