MOUKAS, Polykarpos - Polykarpos Moukas, 95 passed away on January 21, 2018.
He is survived by his wife Katerina Moukas and his three daughters Athena, Christina and Konstantina and grandchildren.
The wake will be held at Heritage Funeral Centre at 50 Overlea Blvd., on January 25th from 5-9 p.m.
Funeral will take place in Nafpaktos, Greece in the following week.
