DURNAN, Margaret Joyce  -  May 14, 1933 - June 11, 2018

Peacefully passed away on Monday, June 11, 2018, after a short and courageous battle with cancer, Marg Durnan of Etobicoke in her 86th year.

Survived by Ross, her beloved spouse of almost 60 years, and her four sons Paul (Terri), Wayne (Sandy), Gary (Cindy) and Stephan (Coleen).

Treasured and loving Nana to her grandchildren Matthew (Sara), Jason (Alexa), Joshua, Michael (Megan), Nicole (Jordan), Marissa (Robbie), Kylie, Joshua (Keelan), Corinne and Katie.

Marg was thrilled to spread her generosity and never ending love to her great-grandchildren, Aniyah Lynn, Ellie Sophia, Rhett and waiting to join the Durnan family this summer Sawyer Brant.

Marg will also be sadly missed by her loving sisters Marion (Stan) and Patricia (Jack) as well brother Jim and sister-in-law Marjorie and all her extended family of nieces and nephews.

Marg spread her friendship and kind spirit to ever growing circle of friends and all will find a small hole in their hearts with the departure of their dear friend but should be assured that Marg will continue all her friendships while watching over us all from her new home in heaven.

Resting at the Newediuk Funeral Home, 2058 Kipling Avenue, Toronto, on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Transfiguration of Our Lord Parish, 45 Ludstone Drive, Toronto on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 10:30 a.m.

As expressions of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
