HOWARD, Edward Robert "Ted" - January 7, 1938 – July 8, 2018
Peacefully at Michael Garron Hospital, following a brief illness, at the age of 80.
Ted was deeply loved and will be missed by his daughter Gillian (Brian), grandchildren Iain and Deanna, and siblings Judy and Bill.
Predeceased by the love of his life, his wife Diana, in 2003, and by his sisters Jean, Peggy, Barbara and Pat.
The family wishes to thank the medical team, staff, and volunteers at True Davidson Acres for over 9 years of compassionate care and friendship.
A Requiem Mass will be held on Saturday, July 14th at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of St. Mary Magdalene, 477 Manning Avenue, Toronto, followed by burial.
Visitation will be held at the church on Friday, July 13th, 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Canada or to the Church of St. Mary Magdalene would be appreciated.
