DAVIS, Vivian Jean (nee FAIRBURN) (formerly McLAUGHLIN) - Passed away peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital with family by her side on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at the age of 92.
Wife of the late Gordon Allan McLaughlin.
Vivian is loved and remembered by her husband of 43 years Kent John Davis, her children Brian McLaughlin, Janice Bagshaw (Jeffery, predeceased) and David McLaughlin (Rosemary), stepchildren John Davis (predeceased), Laura Cook (Jim), Julie Carroll (Paul), Virginia Dymott (Peter) and Nancy Davis (Tim).
Vivian's grandchildren brought her great joy: Bradley and Courtney; Christopher and Mark; Megan (Neil); Erin (Steve), Allison (Ray) and Heather (Sam); John (Candice) and Jennifer (James); Thomas and Stephanie; and 9 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Vivian was very close to many families, their children and grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Thursday September 7, 2017 at a visitation in celebration of Vivian's life between the hours of 4-8 p.m. at McDougall and Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Road.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
