COLLINS, Wayne - The family of Wayne Collins is saddened to announce his passing at Guelph General Hospital, on November 3, 2023.
Born in Peterborough on June 12, 1939, Wayne is survived by his wife, Barbara; son, Jeremy (Vanessa); daughter, Natasha (Michael); grandson, Joel Collins; and his sister, Charlene Tuersley.
Wayne lived his life in full colour, and had the stories to prove it. He was gentle, generous, and easy to please.
Wayne's career as an interior designer took him all over the world.
He lived many lives in his 84 years. But he always said his favourite time was at "Collinswood" where he and Barbara raised their children, whom he loved unconditionally.
Wayne was a talented and passionate artist whose work and legacy will be passed down for generations. We will remember him as a selfless family man who wanted nothing but happiness for everyone.
A family Celebration of Life has occurred.
