WONS, Elsie Wons - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Elsie at Humber River Hospital on Monday, August 26, 2024, at the age of 89. Much loved sister of Mary (the late Bob) Yuzwin. Cherished Chocha of Nick (Christine) Yuzwin, the late Bob (Suzie) Yuzwin, Pat Yuzwin (Andy Zimmer), Jim Yuzwin, Kathy (Jay) Boonman. Great Chocha Elsie to Robbie, Spencer (Iza), Emily, Jacob, Grace and Andrea and proud great-great-Chocha to Eliot. Elsie will be fondly remembered by her cousins Joanne Knieling and Pat Chuchryk. Elsie is now reunited with her parents Teofil “Philip” and Tekla “Tillie” Wons and grand-parents Maria and Michael Chuchryk. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
