OLIVIERE, Yoland - Yoland Oliviere, "Voles" as she was lovingly referred to by her late husband Joseph Oliviere and extended family members, died peacefully at Humber River Regional Hospital, North York.
Yoland passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020. She was 95 years old.
Yoland was born in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. She worked as a secretary in several settings including the US Naval Base in Trinidad, during WW11 and at the British Council, Scholarship Department for International Students from the Commonwealth in the UK.
Yoland was a caring wife and devoted mother. She was a longstanding member of the Willowdale SDA Church and a resident at Forestview Retirement Residence.
Yoland is survived by her two children; MarieIla (Christopher) and Michael (Miriam), grandson; Alan and by her sister; Meta. Her presence will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
