DA PRATO, Eva Antoinette (nee ATTIAS) - April 27, 1927 to October 22, 2018.
It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother in Oshawa on October 22nd, in her 91st year.
Predeceased by her husband Aldo, Her son Paul, brothers Robert and Pepe Attias and sister Aida and Jack Crawford.
Survived by her son Joseph (Shena) children Johlyn, Ryan, Odhran, Nicole: her daughter Carolina (Ken), children Chantelle and Leeland; her daughter Antoinette (Paolo) children Kristian, Julian Chanel, Her late son's children Stephanie and Andrea Da Prato.
She will be missed by her many grand and great-grandchildren nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the Palliative care staff at Lakeridge Oshawa Hospital and Ajax Pickering Hospital.
Family and friends will be received at Accettone Funeral Home, Ajax, On. Sunday 28th October at 1:00-5:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow at St. Issac Jogues Catholic Church at 1148 Finch Avenue, Pickering on Monday 29th October at 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Palliative Care Unit at Lakeridge Oshawa Hospital or the Alzheimer's Society.
