YOUMANS, Matthew "Matt" - With deep sadness we announce the passing of Matt at age 40.
His final days were spent surrounded with love and support of his family and friends.
He will be dearly missed by his wife Sarah and children Oliver and Madeline.
There is great sadness within the hearts of his parents Marilyn and Bryan, sister Meredith (Graham) and brother Adam (Angela), in-laws Steve and Sandra, and sister in-laws Jennifer (Matt), Lisa (Jay), and Laura (Mike).
Matt was the Uncle to Ava, Lucas, Gavyn, Archer and Greta.
A celebration of Matt’s life will be held at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Port Perry, on Friday, November 23, 2018 at 2 p.m. with visitation beginning at 12 p.m. Following the service, a reception will be held.
If desired, donations in memory of Matt may be made to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.
