HODGSON, John Craig Edward Hodgson   -  September 26, 1975 - Sunday January 8, 2023

Beloved son of Carol Hodgson (Frank) and Ed Hodgson (Jocelyn).

Cherished brother of Erin Timoll (nee Hodgson) (Rob).

Step brother of Brandy Crozier (Harrison) and Jesse Carricato.

Loved Uncle of Arisa Timoll. Best friend of Pat Vachon (Lori).

Treasured nephew of Christine Henry Leppik (John), Jim and Judy Henry, the late Rob Hodgson and Jan. Loved cousin to Derek Hodgson, Tyler Wingrave (Jen), Chantelle Davies, Amanda Henry, Brad Henry (Trish), David Hodgson (Melanie) and Keith Hodgson (Krystal). Special friend to all and loved by all who knew him.

Craig was an avid bowler, swimmer and runner even placing in the Special Olympics for swimming. He loved to party, dance and sing karaoke and spend time with friends and family. He brought joy and laughter to every occasion.

Craig left us suddenly surrounded by nothing but the deepest, purest love of his family after an amazingly strong fight with his usual determination, humour, charm and big smiles.

The world has lost a brave, beautiful soul and a bright light. We will miss you every day sweet man.

In lieu of flowers donations to Sunrise Youth Group or Lakeridge Health Foundation (Oshawa) Critical Care Unit in memory of John Craig Edward Hodgson would be appreciated.

A private cremation will be held followed by a service for family and friends on Friday January 13th at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 43 at 471 Simcoe Street South in Oshawa at 2:00 PM followed by a celebration of life.
