Joseph S. Moncada, 63, was born on January 24th, 1960 to parents Salvatore and Concetta Moncada in Pachino, Sicily.
Joe passed away peacefully on June 16th, 2023 in his home.
Joe proudly served on the Toronto Police Force for 29 years through which he demonstrated bravery and courage to support the Toronto community.
Joe is survived by his wife Mary to whom he was proudly married to for almost 34 years.
He is also survived by his children Salvatore and his wife Lindsay, Anthony, Connie and his granddaughters Millie and Maia.
