Drummon Seal SheenaDRUMMON-SEAL, Sheena  -  On October 1, 2023, Sheena Drummond-Seal passed away peacefully, with her daughter Jana by her side.

Sheena was born in Ireland on July 24, 1940 and emigrated to Canada after the Second World War.

She grew up in Toronto with her beloved parents Jean (Eliza Jane) and Allan Neil Drummond, and sisters Sandie and Noreen.

She met her former husband, David Seal while working at Oxtongue Lake and spent many wonderful summers at the family cottage there.

Sheena loved life and passionately embraced new experiences.

Then she moved to teaching with the Toronto District School Board when most people start thinking about retirement!

She enjoyed travelling, gardening, and explored many hobbies to express her creativity.

Sheena touched many lives with her energy and light.

She will be especially missed by her loving daughter Jana and son-in-law Mike, and her treasured grandchildren, Logan and McKinley. Her cherished sisters, Sandie (Dean) and Noreen (Herbert), her nieces and nephews - Rachel (Steven), Elizabeth (Wayne), Catherine (Scott), Sandy (Jeff), Heath (Gabriella), Jason (Joanne) - and their families, her brother-in-law, Donald Seal, as well as her extended family and friends will deeply miss her colourful personality and her spirit.

Sheena is also survived by her son, David Seal and his family Joanne, Emily and Laura. Special thank you to the amazing nurses (Andrea and Emma) at the Lakeridge Health (Oshawa) Critical Care Unit.
