Manfred, born in Bamberg, Germany on August 26, 1946, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2024.
Manfred dedicated his life to his passion for engineering, and successfully ran his own packaging company for 40 years (B & T Sales, Inc.).
His entrepreneurial spirit left an incredible mark on those that knew him. Predeceased by his mother Elizabeth. Dear brother of Brigitte (Mark), Dieter (Helga), Waltraude, and Wolfgang (predeceased).
He leaves behind his beloved children, Nicole and Mark (Hayley); and his grandchildren, Violet and Jonah, who will forever treasure the memories they shared with him.
In his leisure time, Manfred found joy in the simple pleasures of life.
He was an avid swimmer, and enjoyed staying informed by reading the newspaper daily. Manfred will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Though he may be gone, Manfred leaves behind a legacy of hard work, integrity, and devotion to family.
He will forever remain in our hearts and memories.
At Manfred's request, a private family gathering will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada, The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, or a charity of choice.
