James PatriciaJAMES, Patricia (nee MacDonald)  - On November 29th, 2017, at the age of 75, Pat passed away with family by her side after a courageous final battle with cancer.

Pat was married to husband, Ron, for 55 years.

She was the beloved mother to Paul and Karen (Alistair), cherished Grandma to Jeff and Shannon, and World's Best Nana to Mac and Cameron.

Family centered Pat, and she was happiest laughing with her brothers Jim (Fiona) and Russ (Frances) or joking with her amazing nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family invites you to celebrate Pat's life.

Visitation will be held at the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME (28 Old Kingston Rd., Ajax) on Monday, December 4th beginning at 5:00pm with service at 6:00pm and short reception to follow.

Although Pat loved flowers, donations in lieu may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, or CHARITY of your choice.
The sound of laughter brings her back to us.
