VOLANTE, Rosa - God called Rosa peacefully on October 10, 2018 at the age of 89.
She is now reunited in heaven with her husband, Damiano.
Cherished by her dear children, Calogero (Anna), Sam (Josie), Mary (Antonio Barone). Proud grandmother to Danny (rose), Michael, Sandra (Dave Giancola), Lisa (Justin), Marl (Joanne), Daniela, Rose Marie (Charlie) and Salvatore.
Adoring great grandmother to Maya, Emma, Olivia, Joshua, Jada, Matthew, Sofia, Christian, Lucas, Samantha and Joseph.
Rosa will always be remembered by her brother Joe (Mary).
She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio funeral home, Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd.) on Friday October 12, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday October 13, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd., north of Chancellor Dr.). Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (on Albion Rd., at Hwy 27).
If so desired, donations in memory of Rosa may be made to The Hospital for Sick Children.
