Laing JeanLAING, Jean (Macdonald)   - March 6, 1929 – September 14, 2018

Jean Laing passed away unexpectedly during a wonderful trip to the Yukon.

She is survived by her brother Don Macdonald (Lynda), her children Dave, Donna (Greg), Daniel (Sharon) and Dinah (Peter) and her grandchildren who brought her so much joy: Chantal and Tara, Nadine and Maya and Greer, John, Hannah and Kenene.

Jean was born and raised in Sudbury, attended the University of Toronto and settled in Mississauga, with her husband Don, who was a school principal.

Jean and Don built a home at Clear Lake in retirement.

After Don passed away in 1989, Jean moved to Guelph and later returned to Huntsville and their Clear Lake.

A "Celebration of Life", to remember Jean, will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018, at 2 p.m., St. Andrew's Memorial Presbyterian Church, 24 Stavebank Rd., Mississauga.
