MENDES, Lidia Mendes - God called Lidia peacefully on November 18, 2018 at the age of 83.
She will be forever missed by her loving husband Jose.
Cherished and devoted mother of John (Antoinette) and Susan (Joe).
Proud grandmother of her seven grandchildren Mark(Jessica), Nicholas, Matthew(Melissa), Luke, Jason, Melissa, and Kyle.
Lidia will always be remembered by her brother Manuel and sister in-law Susy, her nieces Nancy and Simone.
She will be fondly remembered by her family, friends, and neighbours for her love and dedication to her husband, children, and loving grandchildren.
She was a talented seamstress who enjoyed talking and connecting with people.
Our memories of Lidia will always be in our hearts. God bless her.
Visitation will be held at Cardinal Funeral Homes, Bathhurst Chapel on November 21, 2018 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. The service will take place at St. Mary of the Angels Parish, 1481 Dufferin Street, Toronto at 9:30 AM.
Donations may be made in her memory to the Breast Cancer Society of Canada.
