Predeceased by his mother Gillian Thomas, and survived by his father Charles Katz and his wife Joanne surrounded by loving family and caregivers. Sander passed away peacefully in hospital.
He will be fondly remembered by his loving aunts, uncles, cousins, brother, sister, nieces, many wonderful friends, and the caregiving staff at The Ottawa Hospital Rehabilitation Centre.
Sander will be remembered for his immense personality, his passionate creativity, and his adventurous spirit.
His many contributions in music, art, and urban culture in cities across the country continue to be appreciated by many.
