Smith JosephSMITH, Joseph Stephen - (December 26, 1936 ~ November 2, 2020) -

Joe was the second eldest of a family of 8 children.

He was a wonderful husband to Yvonne for over 62 years and a great father to Susan, Joseph, Theresa and Jennifer. Joe was very proud of his 8 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

Joe will always be known for his crazy sense of humor, he had a joke for all occasions.  He was also known for his high moral values, strong work ethic and great attitude. He could stretch a dollar as far as he could to provide a good life for his family.

Joe had many friends who were very important in his life, he spent time with them playing golf, travelling, bowling, playing cards or just getting together to socialize.

Joe suffered from dementia for nearly 10 years with Yvonne battling at his side, the disease finally took control of his body and his long battle ended peacefully.

Joe will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.

Arrangements with Scott funeral home, Brampton chapel. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society - Peel.
