PERKOWSKI, Czeslaw - Peacefully, with his loving family by his side, at his residence on Sunday, November, 22, 2020 at the age of 67.
Predeceased by his parents Henryk and Czeslawa Perkowski and sister Alicja.
Beloved husband and best friend of Bozenna.
Loving father of Maria Wiecko (Adam – Deceased), Adam (Monika), Agnieszka Poniewierski (Wlodek), Edyta King (Stephen) (in Poland) and Kasia Oliveira (Scott).
Cherished dziadek of Patrick, Victoria, Aleksander, Maya, Jacob, Veronica, Ashleigh, Zachary, Chloe and Emmalyn. Czeslaw is reunited with his little angel grandson Dominic.
He will be fondly remembered by all his brothers Zdzislaw and Waldemar, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends here in Canada and Poland.
There will be NO OPEN PUBLIC VISITATION. Visitation Friday, November 27th will be by Appointment Only. Please Contact Agnes Poniewierski @ 905 805 2008 to acquire a time.
