REVIL, Alice Villanueva - Departed her loving family unexpectedly but peacefully on Sunday, December 13, 2020, in her 89th year.
She was a loving Mommy to her kids and generous Lola to her grandkids, who will greatly miss her.
Alice was a special mother to Nanette and Ramie Morales and Jewel and Francis Lindayen.
She especially loved her role as Lola to Joshua, Stephanie and Ashleigh.
She raised her children and grandchildren with unconditional love and devotion along with her late husband of 47 years, Andres. She treasured her children and grandchildren, embraced every moment with them and together created everlasting memories.
Alice never missed an opportunity to spend time with her grandchildren by playing cards, watching black and white movies, cooking their favourite meals and decorating the Christmas tree. Her greatest pastime was travelling to Cancun, Mexico every year for Christmas and New Year with her whole family, having absolute fun for two weeks in the sun.
Alice will be forever missed and fondly remembered by her children, grandchildren, sisters, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to The Toronto General and Western Hospital Foundation – Geriatrics.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the visitation, service and interment will be held on Wednesday, December 16th 2020 at 11:00am with very limited attendance. Arrangements with Highland Funeral Home, Scarborough Chapel’s.
