DePALMA, Domenico - (1936 - 2021) -Domenico DePalma died suddenly in his home on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 after a short illness.
A highly spiritual, strong and humble man, Domenico left his home in Italy in the 1960s to make a better life for his family in Canada. A man with a strong and determined character, he built a loving and secure home through hard work, sacrifice and good humour.
Domenico was a beloved husband of 64 years to Carmela, a loving father to Rina, Mario, Roberto, Gerry, Pina, and Amedeo, a cherished grandfather to Rossella, Antonella, Bryan, Matthew, Amanda, Nicholas, Olivia, and Melena, and great-grandfather to Angelica, Nathan, Elyse, Charlie, Jack, and Mickey.
His passing will leave a hole in our hearts and he will be sorely missed.
A funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at 1:30 pm followed by entombment at Beechwood cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
