Colletti FrancescoCOLLETTI, Francesco - (1928 - 2021) - It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of their beloved Francesco Colletti, on February 6, 2021 in North York, Ontario.

Predeceased by his parents Luciano Colletti and Antonina Colletti. Together forever with his beloved wife Rosaria (2015).

Francesco was born January 23, 1928 in Vita, Trapani, Sicily, Italy and migrated to Canada in 1952 at the age of 24. Francesco married the love of his life Rosaria (nee Giglio) on April 26, 1958. Rosaria and Francesco were married for over 57 years.

Cherished father to Antonina (Salvatore), Maria (Giuseppi) and companion Mike, Lucia, Luciano (Susana). Proud Nonno to Claudia, Andrew, Julia, Francesca, Sara, Patricia, Francesco, Michael, Mikolai, Madison and Myles.

Francesco was well respected by all who knew him. He was kind, honest, loving, hardworking, trustworthy, wise, sociable, brave, family oriented, inventive and mentoring. Francesco enjoyed reading the newspaper and a cup of coffee while soaking his feet. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking and PASTA! The thing that Francesco loved the most was spending time with all of his family.

Francesco was the richest man alive whenever he was surrounded by the love of his late wife, children and his grandchildren. His legacy will live on in all his family.

Arrangements entrusted with Giffen-Mack funeral home, Danforth chapel, Toronto.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
