WALKER, Barry Michael   - February 22, 1935 - March 16, 2021

Beloved husband of David, passed away peacefully at home, beside his two dearest friends.

David's extended family will miss his great support and kindness.

Over the years he was a very generous supporter of many community organizations and causes.

Barry will be missed by others whose lives he touched. Barry had a great relationship with David, Ihor, and Melanie that spanned many decades.

He had a very full and happy life until he closed his eyes peacefully on Tuesday, March 16, 2021. Barry was born in the Channel Islands, England.

At age three he immigrated to Canada with his mother and sister to join his father. Barry spent most of his lifetime in Canada and had a long career with TDSB until he retired at the age of 65.

Some of the many of his contributions to the students are great knowledge of language and his strength in caring and the supporting to meet the individual needs of students.

He also had a unique way to connect with colleagues and friends. Barry is not leaving us but is continuing his journey.

He is starting this new part in a wonderful and peaceful place with a big smile as he is rewarded for the good he did. We love you very much Barry and you are always in our hearts.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Barry to dancingwithparkinsons.com would be welcome.
