COOK, John Robert - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of John (Jack) Cook on Monday, June 28, 2021 in his 87th year at Markham Stouffville Hospital.
Beloved husband of Rose Cook (nee Bartley) for 65 years.
Dear father of Bob (Jennifer), Rick, Sheila (Germain) and Rod (Debbie).
John was the proud grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his daughters Linda and Catherine and son Terry.
A private family funeral is to take place on Sunday, July 4th.
Donations in John’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
