BLEIER, Irene - Sadly on July 12, 2021, in her 99th year, Irene Bleier passed away peacefully at Baycrest Apotex.

Irene unconditionally loved all her children: George Bleier (Chris), Susie Wiskin, Charles Bleier (Joanne), Mary Weinstock (Frank), Debbie Waters (Ted), grandchildren: Richard and Clara-Lynn Wiskin (Eliana, Nora, Jonah), Ron Wiskin (Ellis, Rayna, Romy), Paul and Andrea Bleier (Bryce, Sawyer), Tarah Bleier, Aaron and Charmaine Weinstock (Walter, Rosalind), Zac Weinstock and Lexi Brand, Matthew and Joshua Waters.

Muma Irene loved volunteering at Baycrest, knitting, crocheting and sharing happy times at the cottage on Lake Scugog and Florida condo. She loved reading, movies, dancing, cooking healthy foods and shopping. She will now be reunited to rest with her beloved husband of 52 yrs, Ernest Bleier.

Many thanks goes to the outstanding Baycrest staff, especially, Elisa and Mulu through all the long 11 years.

Private Family Service arrangements are entrusted with Steeles Memorial Chapel. A private service and Shiva following COVID restrictions will follow.

Shiva will take place at the home of Paul Bleier, 18 Baintree East, North York Ontario. Shiva Visits will be between 3pm- 5pm on Wednesday July 14 and July 15 and will end on Friday July 16 at 12 noon. Only fully vaccinated immediate family members will be permitted indoors . Those who are not fully vaccinated, or immediate family are welcome outside weather permitting. Services will be conducted at sundown on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
