Robinson PaulROBINSON, Paul Alan   -  September 24, 1938 – September 26, 2021

We are very saddened to announce that Paul Robinson – our husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, friend, and co-worker – has passed away following a (non-COVID related) illness.

Many will know Paul from his days growing up in Port Credit, living in Peel Village Brampton, cottaging and retiring at Doe Lake, Katrine and then in Vineland, his many years at Sears Canada, his years of service to Christ Church Brampton, or his dedication to the 2nd Brampton Cubs and Scouts.

Born in St. Catharines but raised in Port Credit, Paul's loving father and mother were Stan and Eileen (Rose) Robinson, his brothers Ken (Shirley), George (Pat and Carol), Tom (Louise and Francine), and his sister Helen (Paul Lambke).

Paul married Sylvia (Shelley), his high-school sweetheart, in 1961.

Married for more than 60 years, they have a son, Greg (Melody), and daughter Sue (D'Mello), and Sue has two wonderful boys, Caleb and Christian.

Paul had a lifelong passion for cars, particularly Fords.

An Accountant by profession, Paul was with Sears Canada for about 30 years.

After retiring as a manager, he and Sylvia enjoyed travelling. Paul's more than 25 years of post-retirement life is something every person should aspire to.

When Paul's health began to deteriorate, Sue generously opened her home to her parents.

It was from there he was recently rushed to Credit Valley Hospital, and he passed peacefully with his family at his side.

Paul Robinson lived a wonderful, full life.

It was filled with people he was so appreciative of for sharing the journey.
