LOXLEY, James 'Jim' Frederick - Born October 5, 1939 in Toronto, James Loxley died peacefully at the age of 82 on October 12, 2021.
Called Jim, James, Uncle Jim, Jimmy and Pop by those who loved him, he leaves behind his daughter Trisse, dear friend Deb, brothers John and Bill, sisters Bella, Peggy and Mary, his nieces and nephews, and his circle of lifelong friends.
A film and television actor by profession, and one-time graphic designer and boat captain, he was a natural-born artist, storyteller and entertainer, and a fan of the theatre, art exhibits and a great hot dog stand.
Known for his sharp wit, unmistakable sense of humour and his sociability, he will be remembered for countless reasons. And he will be sorely missed.
A memorial will be held at a later time. Arrangements are entrusted with Rosar-Morrison funeral home.
