VANIN, Peter - It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Peter on October 31, 2021.
A loving and devoted husband to Maria (predeceased) for more than 50 years.
A dedicated and loving father to George, and Claudio (Mary Jane).
Peter was also a proud Nonno to Michelle (Matthew), Connie, Kelly (Bill), Michael (Jennie), Geoffrey (Marina), Richard (Sierra), Emily, and the late Rebecca.
Endearing Bisnonno to Chloe, Sophie, Caleigh, William, Emma, Leah, Lincoln. Annabelle, Maryanna, David, Julia, Lillian and Graham.
Peter now joins his mother Carolina, and father Domenico, brothers Antonio (predeceased Biagia), and Benventura in heaven.
Survived by his siblings Gloria (predeceased Guido), Felicita (predeceased Emilio), Marisa (predeceased Gianpietro), Walter (Wendy) and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home, Dufferin Chapel, Toronto on Friday, November 5, 2021 from 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Charles Borromeo Church (811 Lawrence Ave, W. at Dufferin St.) on Saturday, November 6 at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow.
