JONES, Carol Winnifred - December 26, 1927 – December 14, 2021
Carol's family announces her peaceful passing on December 14, 2021, at age 93.
Carol was predeceased by her loving husband, Reg Jones, in 1989.
She was fortunate to have enjoyed a full life marked with some travels, along with excellent health.
She was surrounded with love by her children Peter (Rebecca), Susan (Paul), and Karen (Bill).
Carol enjoyed close and special relationships with her grandchildren Mark, Lauren (Michael), Joanna (Robert), Kristen (Andrew), Leslie (Chris), and Natalie (Jake).
As well, she knew the joy of great-grandchildren Liam, Kyle, Eleanor, Olivia and Cole.
Carol was an active member of St. Matthew's Anglican Church in Etobicoke, for many years.
She also leaves behind nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones who were tightly within the circle of her life, and many considered her a mother figure in their lives also.
Carol was known for her quiet, calm demeanour, keen wit, independence, and for always being on hand to support and listen. Carol was always grateful for life's gifts, and will be so missed.
The family will plan a celebration of Carol's life at a later date.
