July 10, 1929 – January 24, 2024
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Marvel Bogart.
Marvel passed away at Humber River Regional Hospital on January 24, 2024, at the age of 94.
Predeceased by her beloved husband, Geoffrey Louis (1997).
Proud loving mother to her daughter, Lisa (late Bill Payne) and her son, Michael.
Sister to Diane Pamenter and Charles Rosart (predeceased). The family would also like to extend the deepest of gratitude to Jocelyn Guinid, who was an earth angel and helped to care for mom with dignity and love for many years.
Marvel was simply marvelous in every way. She was a devoted wife, mother, aunt and friend. She had a wonderful career with the Catholic Childeren's Aid Society as well as being a lifelong volunteer to both Women's College Hospital and the National Ballet of Canada.
A Funeral Mass will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, 1415 Royal York Road, Toronto, on Friday, February 2nd, at 10:00 a.m. A private family interment will take place .
