January 5, 1950 – March 16, 2024
Passed away at the age of 74 after a brief and challenging time with cancer.
Beloved husband to Diane; proud and caring father to Jennifer McWhirter and Ryan (Erin) McWhirter; and doting grandfather.
Fondly remembered by brother, Robert (Deborah) McWhirter and sister, Patricia (the late Steven) Milne and their families. Predeceased by his parents, William and Ruth (Conquergood) McWhirter and Diane's parents, Ivor and Margaret Rooney.
