GRISOLIA, Evangelene "Lisa" (Kirkos) - After a short and courageous battle, Lisa passed away peacefully in Pickering on Thursday, March 8th with her family by her side.
Lisa will be forever missed by her devoted husband Sergio.
Proud mother to daughters Ariana and Stephanie.
Caring daughter to her parents Gus and Emily and her in-laws Gina (the late Francesco).
Loving sister to Pat (Ryan) and Kiki (John) and her brother and sisters-in-law Ed and Franca.
Adored by her nieces and nephews Melissa (Joseph), Laura, Rylee, Isabella and Marco along with other extended family and friends. Born in Toronto, Lisa joined the ranks of Toronto's Finest (TPS) at a very young age and in 2015 attained the level of Detective.
Her greatest joys were time spent travelling to Greece and with family and friends around the BBQ. Family and friends will be received at the Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough, ON, on Sunday, March 11th from 2 - 4 and 6 - 9 p.m.
A funeral service will be held in the Pine Hills Chapel on Monday, March 12th at 11 a.m. with interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
