MOORES, Patricia Ruth (Nutter) - Peacefully on Sunday May 6, 2018 at St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke, Hamilton, at the age of 75.
Patricia was the loving mother of Darrell Moores (Nathalie) and the late Pauline Wilson (Lincoln), adoring grandmother of Jackson, Blake, Mitchell and Morgan.
Patricia will be remembered by her sister Carol Gaffney (the late Bob), nephews Tom (Tara) and Trevor Gaffney and great-nieces Samantha and Alexandra.
The family of Patricia wishes to express their gratitude to all the staff at St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke for their outstanding care for Mom.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Donations in Patricia’s memory can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada. Arrangements entrusted with Butcher family funeral home, Erin.
