ZUBEK, Michael Wayne - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family at Trillium Health Partners, Mississauga, on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at the age of 72.
Beloved husband of Evelyn. Loving father of Sarah (Jamie) and Timothy (Kelley).
Proud grandfather of Cameron and Connor.
Much loved brother of Gerry and Sandy and predeceased by James.
Michael will be greatly missed by his many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and a private family service will take place at a later date.
