FREEMAN, Jacob Louise - Suddenly, on Friday, July 27, 2018, at age 29, a kind and gentle man left us.
Jacob Louis Freeman was a compassionate and loving family member and friend who will be irreplaceable in the lives of his mother, Darlene, father Michael and sister and brother-in-law Cecille and Jon.
We will strive to make him a great memory for his adored nephew Elliott.
He leaves behind his aunt and uncles Diane and Ron, Mark and Drew and partner, Matthew Chisholm.
He loved the good times he shared with all his Axmith and Leaming cousins and memories of Summer weekends at the cottage.
Electronic Dance Music was his passion, but he was not above belting out ABBA and Disney tunes in the car with his mom when he knew no one else was around.
Our hearts are breaking.
