URE, Joan Elaine (nee Kendall) - Of Richmond Hill passed away on February 3rd, 2019 at the Gibson Long Term Care Facility at Leslie and Steeles Avenue in Toronto.
Beloved wife of Don Ure for almost 60 years.
Cherished mother of Heather Mason, Sue (and Murray) Biel, Jennifer (and Chris) van Velzen.
Grandmother of Jordan (and Alicia) Mason, Melissa Mason (and Steven Campbell); Benjamin Biel and Zachary Biel; Madison van Velzen, Cameron van Velzen & Gillian van Velzen.
Great Grandmother of Kennedy Mason and Max Mason
Fondly remembered by her sister Anne (and Bob) Livesey; brother-in-law Brian Ure; sister-in-law Dorothy (and Alex) Clerk as well as nieces and nephews, and friends.
The family will receive friends at Marshall Funeral Home, 10366 Yonge Street in Richmond Hill on Thursday, February 7th from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Funeral to be held on Friday February 8th at 11:00 am with light refreshments afterwards, and prior to the internment.
