VOLPENTESTA, Francesco 'Frank' - God called Francesco Volpentesta peacefully on Friday March 22, 2019 at the age of 81.
He is now reunited in Heaven with his loving wife, Alberina.
Cherished by his dear children, Teresa (Giuseppe Miniaci) and Peter (Roberta). Proud Nonno to, Anthony (Barbara), Francesco (Niki), Nicholas (Krizia) and Selina.
Francesco will always be remembered by his siblings, late Palmino Palma (late Rosaria), Rocco (Gilda), Antonio (Maria) and Emilia (Pietro Infusino).
He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd.) on Monday March 25, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday March 26, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Jane Frances Roman Catholic Church (2747 Jane St., north of Sheppard Ave.). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (on Yonge St., south of Hwy 7).
If so desired, donations in memory of Francesco may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
