TOSCANO, Giulia (nee FANTINI) - Peacefully, with family by her side on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the age of 84.
Beloved wife of the late Antonio Toscano.
Loving mother of Gabriella, Loredana (Bob) and Milva (Agostino).
Adored Nonni to Danielle, Anthony, Daniel, David and Paul.
Survived by her siblings Giovanni (Emma), Maria (the late Giovanni), Dominico (Luisa), Donato (Valerie) and Luisa (the late Mario). Giulia emmigrated from Fossacesia, Italy at the age of 21.
She worked very hard in various jobs to take care of her family.
She was an adoring wife and devoted mother and much loved Nonni. She had an incredible love for gardening, cooking and baking. Her character will live on as a legacy to our family forever.
Visitation will be held at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge St.) on Thursday, January 25th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Paschal Baylon Roman Catholic Church (92 Steeles Ave. W., Thornhill) on Friday, January 26th at 9:30 a.m.
