He is the cherished son of Soren Jacobsen and Cristiana Sousa. Little brother of Elliana Sousa. Treasured grandson of Maria and Vitor Da Silva, Jennifer Chaput and Neil Jacobsen. Loved by his great grand parents. Beloved nephew. Cremation has taken place.
