It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Michael Lewis on March 23, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Michael Joseph Patrick Lewis was a loving and devoted husband of 58 years to his beloved wife, Wanda Lewis. He was a loving father to Vanessa Lewis and Jim McLaughlin. Loving father-in-law to Rodney Lewis and Trina Lewis. A proud and caring grandfather to Jacob Lewis (Alyssa) and Andrew Lewis.
Michael worked for many years at Inco before enjoying his retirement. He will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his strong work ethic, and the love he shared with those around him.
As per his wishes, there will be no visitation or service.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael’s memory may be made to the Northern Cancer Foundation.
