Passed away, surrounded by her family at MV Hospice Palliative Care on February 13, 2026.

Born on July 30 1983, Jeanette is survived by her husband of 10 years Darryl Stoppa, her mother Susan Dupuis, and her siblings Jennifer, Nicole (Martin) and Martin. Lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews Amy, Dylan (Amber), Jordan, Kelsey, Nicholas, Michel, Sierra, Mickyla, Jasmine & Trista and her great nieces and nephews Weston, Jace, Nova and Mila. Pre-deceased by her father Joseph Dupuis and grandparents Martin & Mary Yantha and Alex & Theresa Dupuis.

Jeanette was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Darryl, who will miss her more than words can say. She was a cherished daughter, a loving sister, proud auntie and the kind of friend who showed up for everyone. She was the glue that held her family together and was so deeply loved by all who knew her.

Many people in the greater community knew Jeanette through her work with Toy Bus and the CRC. Here she guided families, children and countless people through life’s challenges with patience, kindness and deep care. Every year Jeanette helped orchestrate the community Food and Toy Drive, and most recently she sat as the Board Chair for the Killaloe Food Bank. Jeanette had a true servant’s heart, and was always there for anyone in need.

Jeanette always made people feel seen. She remembered their stories. She followed up. She showed up. Jeanette gave her whole heart to the people in her life, and her absence will be felt deeply by her family, friends, colleagues, and the many community members she supported. She was loved and will be so dearly missed.
