He passed away peacefully on February 26, 2026 surrounded by family and friends after heroically battling Parkinson’s at the age of 79. The cherished son of William & Nellie, devoted brother to David & Bill, beloved husband of Isabel, proud father of Rob (Heather) & Caroline, beloved grandfather to Trey, adored uncle to Sandra, Derek, Irene, Vesper, Tara (Chris), Billy, Steven & Alan, will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him. Visitation and service will be from 1-3 on March 2nd with a short reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkinson Canada would be preferred.
