He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his sisters, Dolores and Lorraine. He is survived by: his children, Judy (Frank Cashin), John (Michele) and Jerry (Gisele); his grandchildren, Phillip, William, April, Rachel and Ben; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Logan; and his sibling’s children, Christine, Cindy and Lynn.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Wasaga Beach Chapel (509 River Rd W, Wasaga Beach, ON L9Z2X2). A reception was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hometown (2263 Klondike Park Rd, Wasaga Beach, ON L9Z2X2).
