Peacefully at Miramichi Lodge on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025 in his 94th year. Clermont Bernatchez of Pembroke, beloved husband of Murielle Bernatchez (nee Pelletier). Loving father of Michel (Lillian) , Serge (Marilyn), Pierre (the late Divina) and Guy (Brenda). Dear brother of Lina, André (Elizabeth), Raymond (Claire) and Maurice (Pat). Caring grandfather of John, Matthew, Caitlin, Nathaniel, Keenan, Derek and Chantal. Caring great grandfather of Genesis, Landon and Lylah. Dear brother-in-law of Rita. Predeceased by parents Odilon and Aline Bernatchez (nee Gaumond), by sister Geraldine and Thérèse, and by brother Jean-Marc. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Friday, January 2nd, 2026 from 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Jean Baptiste Church, Pembroke on Friday, January 2nd, 2026 at 11 a.m. A Celebration of Life and interment of Ashes at a later date.
